- 1 Ball Mozzarella
- 5 tomatoes
- 150g flour
- 50g parmesan
- 70g butter
- 30g of pine nuts
- 2 C S balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, pepper, 2 cloves garlic, thyme Cut tomatoes in half and cook with a little olive oil deal cut a skillet over high heat for 5 minutes.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, pepper, thyme and a little olive oil, cover and cook 20 minutes over low heat.
Preheat your oven to 210 °
Meanwhile prepare the crumble dough mixture, flour and soft butter (mixture should be sandy), then add the Parmesan and pine nuts.
When tomatoes are cooked, deglaze the pan with the balsamic vinegar until evaporated then successively put a layer of tomatoes and then a layer of mozzarella two times
Sprinkle crumble.
Put in oven 20 minutes.
