Noodle and tomato



Preparation time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 25 minutes. Difficulty: Easy. Cost: Inexpensive

PREPARING INGREDIENTS
For 4 person (s)

1 onion
6 cloves garlic
30g duck fat
6 ripe tomatoes
1 liter of chicken broth
Salt
Sugar if necessary
Espelette pepper

- Cut the onion and mince cloves of garlic in a pan with duck fat.
- When the onion becomes translucent, add tomatoes that has been cut into small dice.
- Cover until it becomes tomato juice.
- Pour the broth and season with salt, pepper and a teaspoon of sugar.
- Cook the noodles, pour the tomato juice and serve with croutons!
