PREPARING INGREDIENTS

- 2 boxes of tuna, average size
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 small pot of creme fraiche
- Gruyere rape
- Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pate
Laminated bottom of the dough with at least 1 cm mustard
crumbl tuna and cover with mustard
put tomatoes thta are previously cut
add salt and pepper
add creme fraiche, optional
then coat with Gruyere rape
For a little less water in the dish because tomatoes addition: the solution is to cut the tomatoes and leave them in a colander for 12 hours minimum or put the tomatoes over a small layer of meal or rice
